Comments for science blogging column

Thank you to the bean-mom for so generously putting up a post about the column I am planning to write for the Association for Women in Science (AWIS) magazine :) As she mentioned, the theme for the next issue is science, technology, and popular culture, and I am interested in writing about female science bloggers and the science blogging community. A more detailed description can be found here. If you have any thoughts that you would like to share, I would be delighted to hear them! This will be my first column, and the general theme for my column will be balancing life and work--a topic that increasingly occupies my thoughts as I try to figure out how to balance my own!
